I was trying to order some audio gear, but maybe I’m just being picky because the selection felt a bit limited to me. A couple of things I wanted either weren’t there or looked out of stock. The site itself was fine to use, I just wish there were more choices so I could compare before buying.

The low bass just didn’t sound quite right to my ears. It felt a bit messy and not as tight or accurate as I was hoping for. It might be fine if you mostly want something loud, but for a cleaner sound, I’m not sure it really delivers

I like their stuff and I’d probably still buy from them, but the tech support was absolutely not it. It took way too long to get a response, and when they finally replied, it felt rushed, like they just wanted to get it over with. I ended up figuring out almost everything on my own, which I’m 100% sure was more helpful than the actual support. Not the worst experience ever, but definitely not what I’d call useful.

Customer service did get back to me, but it took a couple days, and I actually had to follow up once before I heard anything. The answer was fine, like it solved what I needed, I just wish the whole thing had been a bit quicker

I’ve been running my Sundown sub hard for a few weeks now, it’s been handling the power like it’s nothing. It hasn’t given off that hot smell or sounded like it’s struggling at all. The bass is clean, loud, and a big step up from my old setup. I’m no expert, but it almost feels like this thing is built with way more headroom than they advertise. Definitely happy with it so far

I’ve had a few issues with it here and there, which has been frustrating, but it still works okay overall. i kind of feel trapped using it because it gets the job done just enough that I haven’t replaced it, even though it’s not exactly problem-free.

Picked up a Sundown sub for my daily and it’s been solid. Gets loud but still sounds clean, not just boomy. Been running it a few weeks with no problems. Handles power well and doesn’t fade on longer drives. Shipping was fine too. For the price, I’m happy

I ordered from sundownaudio.com i wasn’t really sure what to expect. I kind of assumed it would take a few days before anything even shipped, but it actually went out quick. It showed up earlier than I had in my head too, so maybe I was just overthinking it. Tracking updated like it should and the whole thing was smooth. No complaints from me, I’d order again.

I had to keep emailing them just to get updates, which got frustrating. Like, I emailed and emailed, and it felt like I wouldn’t hear anything unless I followed up first. Not the smoothest experience.

The fitment was good overall. I just had to do a little minor trimming to get it sitting right, but nothing too difficult

I ordered from Sundown Audio and the product itself showed up fine, so I’ll give them credit for that. But the packaging was disappointing. They make it seem like your order is going to be packed securely, especially for car audio gear, but the box had dents and there wasn’t nearly as much padding as I expected. Luckily nothing was damaged, but it still felt like they didn’t really follow through on what they promise. Overall, not a terrible experience, just not as good as it should’ve been.

Checkout was kinda smooth overall. I just wish the shipping cost showed up a little earlier in the process, but i didn’t have any real problems placing my order.

I was pleasantly surprised by how easy it was to get it in. I expected it to be more of a hassle, but everything went smoothly and took barely any effort.

I’ve had my Sundown sub for a little over a year now, it still sounds and hits just like it did when I first put it in. I definitely haven’t babied it either. It’s been through long drives, hot summer days, plenty of bass-heavy sessions, and more than enough trunk rattling to make me wonder if something was eventually going to give. But so far, it’s been solid. No weird burning smells, no rattly loose parts, no blown coil, and no signs that it’s getting tired. I’m impressed with how well it’s held up, especially considering how hard I’ve pushed it. Definitely feels like a sub that was built to take some abuse and keep going.

I got exactly what I ordered and nothing was missing, which gave me that little sigh of relief when I opened the package. I do remember checking the tracking a few times because the shipping felt a bit slow, but once it finally showed up, everything was there and in good shape

It feels sturdy and well made, I just wish the terminals were a bit cleaner

I was on sundownaudio.com the other evening around sunset, mostly because I had been going down a rabbit hole about subwoofers after dinner, and the site was simple to use. The categories were laid out in a way that made sense to me, and I didn’t have to click around forever to find the product pages I was looking for. I’m not exactly the most patient person when I’m comparing stuff online, especially if I’ve got a bunch of tabs open, so that was nice. I’d probably give it 4 stars because a few pages loaded a little slower than I expected, and some of the details took some extra digging to track down. Nothing major though. Overall it was a good experience, and I’d definitely use the site again.

Picked up this sub from Sundown Audio it hits harder than I expected for the price 😄 Shipping was decent, nothing crazy, but overall I’m happy with it

I got everything set up my gut reaction was that this thing hits a lot harder than I expected. The bass is super clean, gets plenty loud, and definitely shakes the car without sounding messy or blown out. It just feels right so far. I’m really happy with it and don’t have anything to complain about.

I’ve heard some mixed stuff about it, so I’m not totally sure I’d trust it just yet. Kinda feels like a wait-and-see situation, tbh
